Mark up php parser

I have results similar to the attached file that are out put from a server. I need all the mark up"<>'s" and numbers and styling and anything else that isn't pure sentences i.e. ""National central banks may decide not to accept as underlying assets in reverse transactions debt instruments with an income flow ( e.g. a coupon payment ) or equities with a payment of any kind ( or with any other right attached to them which may affect their suitability as underlying assets ) "" This file will be held on a server with PHP, I want the code in php. I want the resulting output of the completed code to have one sentence per new line. If you have experience with regular expressions this should be a walk in the park. Any questions please ask
