Make pseudostreaming and filetypes (avi,mpeg,mpg,wmv,mov) work in TubeAce 2.0

We have installed a TubeAce 2.0 clean install and pseudostreaming doesn't work and the following file types do not work avi, mpeg, mpg, wmv and mov. We believe these file types are not properly converting into mp4 when being uploaded. Server is properly configured it's just the script that has bugs. We would also like pseudostreaming to work.
