Car/Auto CMS Solution Required

Scope:

1) Bids are invited from experienced & proven web developers to either:

a) create a clone of a Car portal web site (example: see attached file for homepage of site we can considering to clone)

OR

b) use an already developed Car portal script (example: so many on internet)

OR

c) use your custom-built Car portal script

2) The website must have a Frontend,

3) The website must have a Backend that we can customize both the 'look and feel' + content of the Frontend, in addition to admin activities.

Notes:

Please be prepared to show us some demos if you have.

Its ok if you are using a pre-written/modified script (just be honest, its better than we find out later)

Project must be at beta stage within 21 days of project being awarded & completed within 28, we will assist in testing.

Payment:

we shall be using the GetAFreelancer escrow account service.

i) 50% of project sum will be escrowed upon project award.

ii) Upon Project at beta-testing stage, the 1st 50% will be released to Service Provider and remaining 50% will be escrowed.

iii) Remaining 50% will be released to Service Provider upon project completion.

Testing and development environment:

i) The testing server will be at our chosen server with Cpanel and PhpMyAdmin.

ii) This is strictly so due to our past bad experiences, we have to protect ourselves.

Technical:

- Platform, Linux Hosting with Cpanel 10 and phpMyAdmin

- Programming language : PHP

- Database: MYSql backend

Deliverables:

- All source & copyright to be transfered to us on completion.

- Must be in ready-to-run condition in any Linux webhosting environment.

- Code needs to be well structured/developed, efficient and can be easily modified and expanded.

We don't have a big budget at this moment, so please keep that in mind when bidding. but the good thing is We are looking for a competent person/company to establish a solid relationship with. We will need consistent and continuous progress-updates. IN ADDITION, We also have needs for other portals like Automobile and Classifieds, so We will GUARANTEE you many referrals.
