I am looking for a WordPress programming expert who has created sale letter direct response themes, to modify an existing WordPress theme and create a single-product sales page WordPress website.
The theme you'll be provided with was used to create the following websites:

Using this theme (you can use Thesis or “Flexx for Professionals” [url removed, login to view] if you proffer) You will be required to create “push-button” (NO-Coding-required) Features in the Admin panel of the following:
1. 1-click upload header option (default is without header)
2. Have the text on the Sales Letter page, and review/order boxes pre-formatted. (See example attached).
3. Have an option to plug-in a video at the top or bellow the sub-head on the sales letter.
4. Have a grey section with disclaimer links and affiliate link/page at the bottom of the sales page by default. See example here [url removed, login to view]
5. Have one-click option to have a pop-up/exit pop-up on the home page. Confirguration for Aweber.
6. The “Affiliates” page has to be formatted for ClickBank by default. Here is an example of CB affiliate pages (would be 1 page): [url removed, login to view] & [url removed, login to view]
7. Have an opt-in page after the sales letter page, with easy fill-in-code-box configuration for Aweber autoresponer. (Click Add to Cart at [url removed, login to view] to see example). Have this as default, with option to remove/deactivate with a button click.
8. Have a one-time-offer sales page template follow the opt-in page by default. (See website above). Have a one-click option in Admin panel to remove oto page, OR add another OTO page following the 1st one BASED on acceptance or denial of previous offer.
9. 2 different download/thank you pages based on whether buyer chooses the one-time-offer option or not. Have a simple option in Admin panel to remove the extra download page, OR add a 3rd download page IF a 3rd one-time-offer page is added.
10. Push-button easy option to link order buttons or links to PayPal or ClickBank.
The final theme should be a wordpress theme where 99% of a typical “sales letter” website is done when the user UPLOADS this theme. Final theme should require ZERO coding (accept to paste a PayPal or Aweber snippet of code) to complete above steps to modify a WP website. For maximum effectiveness you can shoot a desktop video recording during final testing of each step to prove how “push-button-easy” each step is. This has to work for your grandmother or an 80-year old person with minimum computer skills.
There are 10 factors that require some automation above (unless you already did this in Thesis or other Theme, which is great too). Budget is $125 to modify existing theme as required or to sell what you already did. $50 bonus if the desktop videos are shot of each step during final testing.
I will be working closely on providing you with all the formatting that is required on the sales page and any other details that may be necessary. Expected turn-around is 7 days: 4 days to get it done, 3 more to make any minor adjustments necessary.
