Select/recommend a suitable availability calendar from those that are available commercially and which I will then buy if it is not free. (Free obviously is preferred PROVIDED it does the job in a proper and stable manner).
Fully integrate this calendar into iDevSpot's holiday rentals script - see [url removed, login to view]
Obviously each rental property will need to bring up its own availability calendar which can be updated by the property owner and the site admin.
