Zen Cart New Design Implementation

I have a customized zen cart based site that I need the design changed on.? I have all the psd files for the attached images. Some of the customization is still being completed on the checkout process, but we will be ready to implement the design very soon. I need a professional zen cart coder that is very familiar with customizing zen cart.? There may be some additional changes to make to some of the site functionality as well, but this bid will just be for the implementation of the new design into the site. Please give me a realistic time frame for completion as well. The current version of the website is in included in the attachments.
