Basic Edit or Wordpress blog (woo themes - add photos)

I currently have 2 wordpress blogs using the woo theme (gazette) that i'd like to do the following..

- add pictures to the right side navigation.

- pictures should remain on my server (so when users click to view, they will not be taken away from the site)

- rotate the pics

- show about 6-8 pics at a time in thumbnail format?

- would be nice if I could add tags to the pics and description so the user can see when they click on the thumbnail.

MUST display on the right side where I want it.

I'll see if I can attach a couple pics showing where I want the pictures to display on the blogs.

This should be a quick fix for anyone with wordpress experience, since you could find and use a plugin.

In you bid, pleas state the plugin you'll use (or PM me if you want it kept confidential) and how fats you can get this done for me.

**EDIT :** It seems people are bidding **very high**, when this is just a matter of installing a plugin and configuring it in the mentioned spaces on the blog I mentioned. For an experienced person, it would take no more than 10-15 minutes to do this.

I don't need anything custom made..just install a plugi that you recommend and place it on the right side of the pages.
