I need a Perl set of scripts. Which runs on ActivePerl (WinNT). It should allow the users to signup for an account (database can be mySQL but i need to install it) and then be able to login to the account via my website. They then can purchase "credits", when they select what amount of credits too purchase, the script loads a [url removed, login to view] page (they process the entire payment), then the setsystems page closes. And the script tells them that their credits will be added shortly. Then, for the admin interface, i, can add manually credits to the user's account. But, when the user logs in next, they have a credit balance. They then can use services (they must only see the option too use credits when they have credit balance) they can send sms messages... text message uses 1 credit (160 chars) ringtone uses 2 credits (160 chars) graphic (user upload, implication method on [url removed, login to view]) uses 2 credits. two types of graphics, operator logo and group graphic. This then deducts from their account credit, they must buy more credit when the credit runs out (the services menu disappears) and then i add credits. Any more info needed? The sending of messages must intergrate with [url removed, login to view] and the script must collect data from the users page and submit in a string too the sms-wap server, with my username and password (i will add that when i get the script). then the credits get deducted from the users account. there must be reasonable security, too make sure the user cannot send messages without credit, and that the sending of a message does deduct credits. also the user must not be able to send messages when they in sufficient credits. Any more info?
## Deliverables
Complete and fully-functional working scripts. Copyright not needed. Credits of creator can be placed as comments in the top of perl scripts. Want source code, and documentation which users will need for operating, and i will need for instructions on adding credits and deleting/administrating user accounts. Anything else?
## Platform
Must run with latest version of ActivePerl from ActiveState. Runs on WindowsNT. Path to perl is : d:/perl/bin/perl ... directory paths are needed in FULL. cgi directory is d:/InetPub/cgi-bin/ ... runs on NT, so no chmod info needed. Must be compatiable with all browsers. ie Internet Explorer 3.0+, Netscape Navigator 3.0+ and aol browser 3.0+...
## Deadline information
Must be completed by the 30th of July 2002. Don't care about time zone.
