Website Needed

Here is the generic functionality of my website.

Main page: should contain tabs or links

Upon clicking any of the above, for example Condos for Rent

The data shoudld get displayed some thing like the below

Function:1

The above data should be sortable/filterable. ie the user should able to arrange the data

in order or bed rooms or price. He should able to filter out ones that are not appropriate

for him/her.

Function:2

Against each row about there should be check box.

Function:3

The user will select the property of his interest by clicking the

check box.

Function:4

There should be a submit button at the bottom of teh page. Upon clicking the submit button a

dailog box should appear with a message and yes or no button. If the user accept the message

in dailog box by clicking yes, an e-mail has to be sent to me with details of the records

selected.

Function:5

If a mail is received in the mail box. A check is performed, whether teh customer is new or

old. (this check will be done on address book). If the customer is new, the subject and

message of the e-mail will be parsed and depending on the contents/keywords, teh following

needs to be done.

(a)an auto reponder if the customer is contacting for first time

(b)teh customer contact e-mail id(ie the from address of teh e-mail) and the phone number if

present in the message, would be parsed and will be stored in separate group in address book

(c)Ability to send periodic e-mails to stored e-mail addresses with custom body depending on

group.

Fuction:6

A generic contact form with basic information. This should be sent to e-mail on submission

Function:7

Data entry. Both through batch and online submission to all the categoies
