I need a database created with a web front end for data input and reports generation. The front end website needs to allow different levels of security such as admin, manager, and user with different access levels. The database will be used to track clients by the last 4 digits of their ssn and year. I need the following fields on the DB for the primary client: First Name, Last Name, SSN, Year, Preparer ID. I then need to have a way to add sub information to the primary client. A selection of either Dependent or Non Dependent with the following fields for the secondary client: First Name, Last Name, SSN. The secondary client needs to be linked to the primary client. Also I need the ability to add more than one secondary client to the primary client. I will need to be able to track this information by SSN and Year. The website will need to alert the user if a SSN for the same year is already in the database or if a dependent is already in the DB for the same year. If this occurs I need for a manager or an admin to be able to input a password to override the alert and make changes as neccessary. I then need to be able to run basic reports on the info, such as input a preparer ID, dates, and generate how many SSN was entered into the DB for that preparer.
