Integrate CAPTCHA with my webmail signup page

I need CAPTCHA integrated into my email account signup page for my webmail server. I use @Mail for my webmail server ([url removed, login to view]) and it is written in Perl. If you go to [url removed, login to view] you will see the exact same page where I need the CAPTCHA module integrated. I have a Linux server running Fedora Core 3 and my webserver is Apache [url removed, login to view] I believe. I am having this done because I am starting to get a lot of bots that signup for accounts then send SPAM through my mailserver.
