We have an Excel workbook with 35 sheets. There are six sets of input sheets with four sheets in each. Each set contains 1) an input screen/sheet with graphics and are used to gather data and perform calculations, 2) a print page for printing a blank input sheet, 3) a sheet with facts and 4) a sheet with helpful information. There are two set of input sheets with only two sheets in each; 1) an input screen/sheet with graphics and are used to gather data and perform calculations, 2) a print page for printing a blank input sheet. They share the sheets # 3 and # 4 with other sets.
The data gathered from each of the eight sets is consolidated on a summary sheet that includes a chart, There are two introduction sheets and four extra sheets used for further analysis.
We wish to host this application on a website and make it available to multiple users. Each user must be able to open a blank version of the application and be able to save their copy and return to update or modify their data at a later time. We wish to keep the same look and feel, ie. using the same colors, fonts and graphics. In Excel we use VBA code behind the navigation graphics.
The website uses MySQL version 5.0 and PHP 5.x.
The successful freelancer needs to provide options for converting the application along with their recommended methodology. We have provided a sample of the Excel file using two of the eight input sets.
