URGENT Codeigniter bug fix

THIS JOB IS VERY URGENT. You must be able to start immediately and work via a Teamviewer to the administrators computer.
We upgraded to MySQL Client API version 5.5.32. All sites are fine except a CI site we run which now shows a blank screen and this in the error logging for requests:
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20100525/[login to view URL]' - /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20100525/[login to view URL]: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
We have checked library and extension is listed in php.ini.
