101058 automatical RSS importing

I need that someone with PHP create next system:

- simple usual site for show data on the web

- admin panel that I can add unlimited RSS chanels with navigation "per group" and that I can insert my own texts into web page too

- data from all RSS chanels need be uploaded into my aplication automaticaly or enough is that I run manually importing once per day

that's it, I need enough experienced and enough cheap programmer
