Website Based on Joomla

We need website based in Joomla script (the last version of Joomla) features of the website are as follows: -the website must work on mobiles phone (iOS,Android … etc) perfectly. -the alignment must be from right to lift (because the website will be in Arabic). - add comments section for the post with "bad words" filter. - add share posts on twitter,Facebook and Google + for each post on the website. - add Rating for each post. -users can register and they can post in the website (the website will depend mainly on users to write the posts) also they can register through Twitter or Facebook. -the posts must be approved by the admins before they published in the website. -each registered user can have a folder (or image gallery) so he can upload his images to be used later on his posts (this folder will be private only the user himself will be see it) - user can edit and delete the uploaded images from his private folder. -user can upload more than one image at once. -the uploaded images must be resized to one defined size ( all the uploaded images from all the users will have the same size. -all the uploaded images from all the users must be watermarked with the website logo. (we will provide you with the logo) - automatic back up for the website. Details: {{the main page of the website (when the user enters the website)}}: -there must be place for the ads. (between the menus, between each two posts, inside the post, between the end of the post and the comments and in the left side of the page. - the main page must show the last added posts and for the old posts a "previous page" button so user can see old posts. - in the top the menus are: main, categories, about the website and contact us in the right of the page there are: log in ,last added five posts for each category and they must be dynamic, the most five posts have comments, the five highest rated posts, the website statistics and search in website. {{I will go into details on how to write post}}: - the editor will be fixed for all the posts and will have the following: 1- subject of the post 2-the category (where the post be placed) 3- sub category 4- box to write the post (Please note that all the posts on the website will have only fixed font size, fixed font color and fixed font type) there is a button when the user press it he can write "sub subject" and this sub subject inside the post will have the same color,size and type of the font for all the posts and can be changes only through the admin control panel. 5- user can add images and videos. please note the user can add images only from his folder (the private folder where the user keeps all his uploaded images and he check the images he needed for this post) and the videos user put the link only , user will not upload videos to the website. videos link will be from youtube mainly. - user can save the post as a draft. (the user will find the draft posts in his profile) i will describe the profile section later on. - user can preview the post before submit it. the color,size and type of the font is the same for all the post and can be changed only from the admin control panel by Admins only. the subject for all the posts are same , sub subject are the same and the body of the post have the same color,size and type of the font. {{the user profile contains}}: user information the private images folder the posts saved as drafts the written posts by the user {{how the posts will look}}: -the subject name. -the post body. -the username and the date of the post. -number of views and number of comments. -share the post on twitter,facebook and Google +. -ads. -rating. the comments will be published directly no need for admin approval but it must have report for bad comment and admin receives these report in the Admin control panel and can delete them.
