I have a tables-based HTML template running on OpenCart. I need someone to create a mobile responsive version.
I know that tables don't work well for mobile responsive so you are allowed to convert the tables-based design for the full site to CSS so long as it keeps the same design.
The mobile responsive version of the site must look very polished and must match the full site.
If you can delivery the mobile responsive HTML/CSS, I will implement into OpenCart.
I'd like this done as quickly as possible.
