I need a template design which I can use for 7 or so web pages. I want the basic site to look like: [[url removed, login to view]][1] (except there should be a bar of bacground visible above the header image- header image doesn't touch top of screen) with a picture I will provide on the top left and a text logo and tag line you design on the right side- minimalist design encouraged- same basic color scheme as example website. Below the photo header on the left will be two pull down menus (I will supply this part), and then a large button graphic. On the right will be 4 additional buttons. The buttons don't have to be actual images but can be CSS creations. The smaller the page size the better for faster loading. All pages will have this basic layout, except without the drop down boxes and larger button- this area will hold regular text on the other pages.
You will develop the template html, style sheet, logo image, and header image. I will supply the text for the logo, tag line, buttons and any footer text.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Should be cross broswer compatible, small page as possible, no flash.
HTML, CSS, images in .gif or .jpg plus high res logo copy in .eds or .tiff
