Hello,
I have a custom installation of PHPList mailing software that was set up for me by a programmer. It is a custom job because it is integrated with PHPBB and users can manage their subscriptions through their profile.
I can't seem to get it to send email to anyone and it appears that a lot of other PHPList users have had this problem. I am looking for someone that can figure out what the problem is.
Here is what the queue says when I process a message:
Processing message 19
Looking for users
Found them: 0 to process
Hmmm, No users found to send to
It took very little time to send this message
Script status: 0
Script stage: 6
Finished, Nothing to do
Finished, All done
0 messages sent and 0 messages skipped
Finished
As you can see the email is not being sent to anyone.
I have tried several solutions metioned in the [login to view URL] forums:
1) Delete all user attributes
2) Ran the [login to view URL] file since our users do not have attributes associated with them.
3) Tried sending the message to "All Lists"
For part 2 of this job, I would like all users (signups and imports) to default to HTML email format. This should be a fairly simple modification.
Hope someone can help! Thanks,
Jason
