system construction for package forwarding company web

We are looking for web programmer who can construct systems for package forwarding website.

We need following systems

1. member page (create an account, log in and my page)

2. backend of the member page

3. estimate page (convert kg to Japanese Yen)

Package forwarding system is here.

our customers order products at any online shopping sites and send them to our company address.

once the packages were arrived, we will make notification to the customer.

Then, the customer would request to forward packages to her or his address.

we would like to have member page so that the customers can edit forwarding addresses, select packages that they want to forward, and check the status of packages. From the backend, we would like to control package status.

Also, we need estimate page that we can upload CVS format.

Attached file is how the our system works, so it will help more to understand.

What we need are:

1. build PHP search engine for website

2. install program in the our server
