Fix existing code on web site

Hello coders,
I need the code on the following website fixed: [url removed, login to view]
The home page is fine but when I enter a destination city and click search, a pop-up window appears (this should be removed).
The major problem then appears. You have to scroll down to see the search results. These should be at the top and not at the bottom of the page!
Also when I click any of the links at the top of the page(flights,hotels,cars,etc.) the same thing happens, the page appears at the bottom and not at the top where it should be.
This also happens when you click on the "Important Links" on the left. The web page appears at the bottom of the page.
I need someone to take a look at this and fix it for me. By fixing it I mean when I click a link on the site, it should bring the relevant page up at the top. Only showing the "travel options", "road trips", and "destination guides" on the home page would work best.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
