Create Wordpress Plugin for Ad Feed

I have a special ad feed that I need displayed in posts based on the specified wordpress tag. Then, in the post, wherever a more break is inserted, that's where the ad will appear based on the keyword chosen in the tag.

This is so it is automaticly done for me. Right now, I have to manually add tables to wordpress database and edit many files, as explained here.

Go to edit a post and you will see adkeyword under the Title box. put in an adkeyword, then in the post, add #yahoofeed and thats how the ad is displayed.

Can you create a plugin that will show the yahoo feed based on a wordpress tag, NOT ad keyword, not the ad keyword, and in the post, the ad shows up when a more tag is inserted.

The ad feed has a few files that need to be uploaded to the root server of the wordpress site, called [url removed, login to view] and styles.css.

Basically, this is inserting an iframe/ad feed in a post based on the function of a tag.

Furthermore, i need the plugin to have an admin interface so I can change the look and feel of the ad, such as the bullet points, and colors.

Any questions are welcome. Please tell me about your experience with wordpress as well.
