Quick Jalbum Skin Tweak

I have the purchased version of Jalbum Skin: Simple Viewer. I want to insert Google Analytic Script into the pages generated in a way that Google Analytics will show me what albums and images were clicked etc. I added the script to the htt file used to create the index pages for each album and it seems to create white space around the frame.. that I can not get rid of. Since it messes up the asthetic...I can not put it up on my site to test the tracking part of it.

I need to get it working right without messing up the aesthetics.

It also needs to work in a way that I can regenerate my Jalbum when ever I need to make changes and the script will keep working.
