With the help of the software we should be able to give online payroll outsourcing service to our clients.
The software will contain following modules:
Employee Personal Module: Here the employee will enter his personal details including past experiences the day he joins the company and should be able to edit some details later.
Leave Module: Here the employee will be able to see his leave entitlements, see his past leave record, submit leave application and receive approval or disapproval.
Benefits Module: This module will inform the candidate the benefits he can draw from the company like loan and vehicle. Here the candidate will also know what he is entitled to when he is on tour. Information shown here will depend on the hierarchial level of the candidate within the company.
Payroll Module: This module will compute the employee’s monthly salary and print pay-slip, salary record and salary register. This will not be visible to the candidate.
As the online payroll service provider as well as his clients are based in India, it will be better if this work is done by someone who has experience of Indian regulations with regard to salary benefits and deductions.
