Hi,
I am looking to Hire developers to develop web based application and mobile application. I will prefer it to be developed in .net and if not possible then i am ready with any technologies, and this will have several REST base web services which will be communicating with mobile application.
I want some one who will handle the web/backend work first and if we are satisfied with the deliverable then we will consider him for the next phases also.
This our first project we are outsourcing so please send your previous work and please find my attach high level doc ..
i want the developer should go with documents and add your thoughts in it to make it more user friendly and best in market. I will chose developer with good ideas and who will understand the whole scope of my application.
Please make a bid considering the budget as important point.
