Integrate Wordpress Store Locator Plugin with existing coded page - repost

I need to re-install this plugin: [login to view URL] with this page: [login to view URL] It was working before, so you can just fix the current install, but just not sure what would be the easiest solution. IMPORTANT: Currently there are locations loaded into the existing plugin, do not lose this data!! If you review the screenshots of the plugin ([login to view URL]) you will see there are directions and website links, I need the same search result data displayed in the left column of the existing design. You can input zip code "28655" into the search field to see the left column results. I will need one additional link in the left column search results and the text link will be titled "Beers" this link will act like a tooltip bubble and will show additional information from the database. The database already has a field for each location for description, so I believe it is just a matter of building out the frontend functionality to pull the data from the existing database. I want all of the links in the left column search results to be white text with a underline as the rollover effect. I will also need this same plugin installed on the mobile version of the same page: [login to view URL] (you need to check the same link on a android or ios device to see the different layout for the mobile site) I also need to add the "swipe" functionality to a few mobile touch screens on the mobile site.
