I need 2 things

1) a logo & an animation video.

like a video to upload into facebook .

Size and dimension will be provided including a content.

video is about 45seconds

The video clip should be something like a story.

1) a tenant needs to rent a place... Start thinking..

First come to mind is (logo)

2) go to computer, website

3) after found the place to rent , make a phone call.

4) arrives at place waiting for - waits for painter ( paint from white wall to maybe a color wall in the house )

5) waits for mover lorry arrives and unload sofa set.

6) then comes the plumber ( repairing sink / toilet bowl )

7) Aircon service ( technician with a hat servicing Aircon )

8) home cleaning service

( cleaner with a clothe wiping table )

9) 12 months later

10) take photo of furniture , post online for sale

( Preloved SALE , with a sofa and a coffee table and fan )

All animation about 3-5sec , total add up about 45sec.

11) End off with the word king of rental . Com

2) a simple website about 6 pages with a logo and name card, this is different from the 1st requirement , not related.
