We are looking for freelancer or company have good experience in developing Loyalty and Gift card program Web based and integrated with POS terminals and can be customized by our merchants to use PVC Magnetic Stripe cards with our POS terminals. Idea of the program: We will provide complete kit for our merchant contains a POS terminal and 50 ship card with identification card containing a user name and password to gain access to the required software ( Example for the project: [login to view URL]) The program allows us to add the logo of the merchant in the program before handing the package in order to appear the merchant logo for its own shopper There are two types of users: 1-Shopper user: to be able to follow up his points and transactions and the expiry date of the card and the personal information and receive messages from the merchant and dialogues with the merchant. 2-Merchants user:The main screen>> Company name: Name of the company logged in this CMM account Period: The period covering the issued and redeemed points Number of card owners: All registered card owners Number of active cards: All active cards minus blocked and replaced cards Total number of cards: All cards including blocked and replaced cards Free cards: All unissued cards Number of points issued: Points issued in the above mentioned period Number of points redeemed: Points redeemed in the above mentioned period Total number of points issued: Points issued from day one Total number of points redeemed: Points redeemed from day one Menu options : Order new cards : the merchant can directly to send request to us. Card owner : ( Register/ Change / Show ) Card & Transactions: (Look up transactions/Change card status/Replace card) Terminals : Shows the Merchant name and details and the last time a terminal was used. Settings :( Change password / Fields of interest / Acrobat reader / Manual ) Reports : ( Fixed reports / Profile reports ) Marketing :(E-mails / Newsletters / Labels / SMS ) Logout This program would need to keep track of existing customers and new customer, purchase history, stored value on the card, points accrued, etc. for a fully functional gift and loyalty system. Many merchants will use the program with many POS terminals and each merchant have own user name and password to access to his database customer. The merchants will need to be able to manage their database and run reports to do target marketing to thier clients that fit a certain purchasing profile or customers that have stored value left on their custom gift card. This system needs to work with POS terminals by plastic ship card or Magnetic card. The merchants will print the cards with a pre-determined number encoded within the magnetic stripe and barcode information on the card by the serial number of membership that given from the program related to each merchant . The merchant will then issue the card and keep track of the information in their database on the program.
