Seeking outsourcing business partner

We are a team of project managers and internet marketers seeking a professional outsourcing partner with his/her own web design and development company. The ideal candidate will have a primary focus in design and development and minimal or no focus in SEO/internet marketing. We are looking to project manage and outsource all of our design and development work to the ideal company. This will be a profit sharing partnership; all web design and development work will be outsourced to you at our rate (30$ an hour), and in return must be willing to outsource all SEO/internet marketing work to us.

Our company is based in Canada but we have staff located in the Caribbean and the US., thus we have direct contacts for marketing and promotions within these countries. We offer an opportunity for expansion in the Canadian, US and Caribbean markets, we will handle 100% of marketing, including acquiring clients, and acting as a liason between the client and your company. A sales team will also be hired, that will work on a commission basis. (up to 20% depending on the amount of business they attract.)

Your firm will handle all acquired business through our project managers, and profits and expenses will be divided as follows:

50/50 profit sharing. 30$ an hour will be our rate in these markets, so your company will share (50/50) of these rates. This is why we will NOT deal with overpriced partners. In order for this partnership to be profitable for both parties costs must be affordable to customers at the given rate. We are looking for honest partners who are willing to give clients a reliable affordable service.

Expenses:

We will cover 100% of all marketing, promotions, branding and hosting.

-Must be RELIABLE, HONEST, and TRUSTWORTHY

-Must comply with sales percentage.

-Must have an actual company,with a minimum 3 years experience, and be able to show proof of ownership

-This will be a profit sharing partnership 50/50.

-Must agree to work in collaboration with our project managers.

-Must comply with our hourly rate

-Must be able to provide a portfolio of websites that will be used in the new partnership site

-Must be able to create clones (or have existing clones) of various sites such as:

Social Networking: facebook, myspace, linkedin

Classifieds: Craiglists, Kijijji, [login to view URL]

Auction: Ebay,Telebid, ubid

Unique Auction: [login to view URL], humraz

Freelance: GAF, Elance

Video: Youtube, Collegehumor

Applications: Facebook, other social networking apps

*We are primarily looking for one company thats does everything, but if necessary we are willing to hire more than one company to cover all areas of expertise highlighted above

*Providing hosting, 3D, and mobile applications is a plus but not required.
