I need HELP PLEASE LOOOK

I have 2 things that need to be corrected on my site, i was hoping somebody could help me, because my last coder left me high and dry. I believe it is 2 simple things but i cannot figure it out. First off my site is [url removed, login to view] *let me know if you like the site :), second on the AFFILIATE SIGN up page, after an affiliate signs up it gives me an error message (500) or something, i have no clue what to do. I just need it to work please. Next on my ADMINISTRATION page, when i add a file, my programmer was supposed to make it so when i add the file, it will show the file in one of the selected categories check "HI-TECH" for example. When u click the static picture it is supposed to bring the consumer to the DESCRIPTION page with the FLASH FILE larger...not the GRAPHIC LARGER. if somebody knows how to correct that in my script within the ADMIN page i would be extremely grateful. I just need these two things fixed before my site goes up. Please be someone out there who can help me ...THANX!!!! Let me know.,,.,
