461335 HTML version of a flash website

Client need a HTML version of a website that is currently not his. Please view PMB for the URL to be "somewhat cloned".

I need a designer to build a 5 page template plus a php contact form with captcha. Each page will have at least 1 embedded flash with a rotation of images.

The pages need to be completely editable in dreamweaver.

Site needs to be 100% WC3 validated when completed and all source file need to be transferred.

Payment: All money will be paid upon completion.

This project needs to be completed within 7 days, please do not bid if you can not personally start immediately. No brokering, No teams of designers I only want to work with a designer directly.
