Flash re-size background

I have been trying for some time now to make the flash background identical to that of the following website, but with my own images.?

My website, Need Creative is mainly in HTML, but has a flash background as is almost like a per-loader.

If I supply the images I want the following.

1. For the images I supply to be integrated into a flash background that has different images for each page, including portfolio, which is currently being built and that loader to have the following features.

a. Auto-resize. If you make the screen any size, the background image re-sizes to match, this is great and I want that feature.

b. The pre-loading bar. If you change between pages a white loading bar appears at the top of the screen. I want the same as this, but for it to replace the blue bar below the nav on my website @:? [url removed, login to view]

I do not have the images for the portfolio just yet, but will do later today.
