Dreamweaver Website template and flash

Hello everybody, We need a full redesign of our current site, as we changed management so our name and corporate image changed. The current web site is: www.owcons.com. The site and all the information is in spanish. We need to keep a very similar layout, for example, we want to keep the company logo on the left hand side of the page, a very similar flash animation on top, and the flash menu with 2 additional options of the ones are already in there. The interior pages should have as well a similar layout, but again, with the new company logo and colors. In summary, we need the template of the front page, the template of the internal pages, both as a dreamweaver template, and 5 flash animations: in the main page, the animated header and the menu, in the page "Nuestra Metodologia" exactly the same flash but with the new colors, the flash menu in the interior pages, and a new flash with the map of latin america that will show our different offices in the region. We requiere to have 2 different draft version by next TUESDAY, AUGUST 30th in order to select one of those draft so then you can develop the full template. This draft version should be a screenshot of how the main page will look like, it is not an actual html site, and of course, the flash will not be fully functional. The kind of design we need should be very ELEGANT, SOBER AND PROFESSIONAL, this means, we don't want a page like a xmas tree, or with exotic colors. Please send examples of your job when bidding, and please bid fast as we REALLY need those draft versions by the next tuesday. Thanks!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
