E-bulletin board with CMS(content management system)

The Faculty Electronic bulletin board is a computer system running software that allows a personnel to connect and log in to the system using an end device or a computer. Where in, the personnel can share, request or post a discussion that regards the activities, information about any topic that concerns in the school.

Features:

*CMS(Content Management System)- Controls the access of the data. defining

on which information data that a user can view, edit, publish, and save

data histories. It stores documents, movies, pictures and scientific data

that can be retrieve by the authorized personnel when it needed, from

the last post to another . This is frequently used for storing,

controlling, revising, semantically enriching, and publishing

documentation of the system software.

*Content filtering- feature from the CMS that concludes the search of a

personnel. It uses a search bar to group a certain data from the CMS,

locating the given query of the user for manageable search.

*User friendly GUI(Graphical User Interface)- makes the users and personnel

easily to understand the perspectives of the electronic faculty bulletin board. It gives the system an overview of the current posts and announcements. It removes the dull surrounding of the system for a remarkable view of different designs and animation.

*Login and Logout- Limiting the access of users for security. Authorized

personnel only who can edit and post greetings ,reminders and announcements regarding to the school grounds.
