VBA to Fortran conversion tool

Write a program in Python, Perl, or Fortran 95 that converts mathematical VBA code to Fortran 95 code. It should correctly convert the VBA code in the attached spreadsheet to Fortran 77 or (preferably) Fortran 95.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

Windows XP, but should be platform independent.
