PHP Project Management System Changes

PHP Project Management system was created/managed by RAC coder that can no longer do work. We have some errors and updates to make, & hope the chosen coder can do future updates on the site. 1) When a "Lead" is turned into a "Project," the lead appears to be deleted completely. The lead should change status to "Won," and get archived so that we may go back and look at the files, etc. This means that the admin panel, where admin sets up status, needs to ask the admin to designate one lead status as the "won" status. 2) "Last Modified By" feature is not working in the Projects Main page. This keeps track of who last modified the project. 3) Resources. We have the ability to add resources and quick links at the admin page. this should appear on the user's "My Account" page....however, only links appears (and not resources). 4) Contracts... On Admin page, we are able to set out the "contract matter." This is where the admin creates a contract template, and users can create new contracts for each project, merging the project's fields into the contract. However, we have a few problems: A) We need more variables (more merge fields) B) Needs to be expanded from a one-template contract admin to a full document manager whereby: - admin can create many "templates" that will merge project information into the template and create a document (contract, letter, etc). - each project will keep track of the documents created, the date it was created and who created it. - each of the created documents can be viewed online and/or downloaded to PDF format. The document should be properly formatted, with margin options and page settings. - the document drafter (both admin & user side) should have formatting options (online processor). - Document template may include "header" image in a document, for logo / letterhead.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

needs to work on all popular browsers, including explorer, safari and firefox.
