Membership database

I have a website at <[login to view URL]> which I want th ecoder to finish and make it database driven in php. I also want an admin panel with full user management as well as to be able to add the following: - Membership database - We have a Newsletter module which we would like to utilize and send personalized newsletters to the selected members. We also would like to add an eCart which will accept both online membership with credit card as well as generate reports with the amount due for vendors who are being referred to by our site. In other words, we can have online membership and members can pay for it by credit card. When one of our speakers who is selling products on their website but have a sale from a referral from our site, we get a commision and are notified by an email report. I can give further details as we start with the project. This is an evolving project and we will have many more pieces to it as we go along with additional expencse. I would also appreciate if yo ucan give us an additional quote for maintenance and hourly modification rate once this project is finished. Basically, we want our weekly seminar members to be able to register online and pay for it using a shopping cart and be able to send custom newsletters, which will be stored in a database and emailed to members. We already have the newsletter module bu tit needs some minor modifications. Th esite given above should be tied to a datasbse of speakers which we should be able to modify using an admin panel whcih allows us to enter thier bio, pictute and the date of lecture. We just need to tie the website with a database. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php
