You are bidding on creating a Fully Functioning (turnkey) web based Commercial Real Estate portal for USA. The website is Membership based, Buyers and Sellers to conduct transactions on the portal in the most secure form available. Web Portal Design: coder to design the Real Estate portal from A to Z including text, graphics and icons, site must be fully functional, well tested and operational to be acceptable, site must be optimized for fast executions, high search ranking (top 30 SEO) and fast loading,and Performance. Site similarities: Coder should visit [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] & other similar sites to have a better idea. The site should have all functionalities exists in [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] plus some more if coder is intelligent enough to find more suggestions for our new website. Site should have 5 main sections, 1. Commerical Real Estate, 2. Business Opportunity, 3. Financing & Loans 4. Current News about finance, loans & commercial real estate. 5. Database for Real Estate brokers and system that will track sent refferal to each broker from our website. based on that it will generate invoice to brokers every month and will be faxed to them automatically. 6. Residential real estate listing , same as for commercial listings as mentioned above. Site Admin: I should be able to admin the site in an easy manner as instructions to provided by the coder, room for possible advertisements and or banners, email capability within the site. Coder suggestions: I am open for coder suggestions to make this happen in the most efficient manner. We need to have complete license for the site. Thanks.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
