Art sharing website

Description of the required functionability:

1. Registration system with authorization system and role delegation system (Described below)

2. Every user is able to upload 12 different types of content:

- Poems (Text)

- Short stories (Text)

- Fiction (Text)

- Movie scripts (Text)

- Theater scripts (Text)

- Photography (Image file)

- Paintings (Image file)

- Video art (Video file)

- Music (MP3 / WMV files)

- Flash art (Flash files)

3. Each uploaded content needs to include a title. Textual art should include a "Teaser" (Short description) while image/video/music files should include a description.

4. Every uploaded art needs to be approved by a moderator before it is visible to the public.

5. The user can see and edit all of his uploaded content.

6. Administrators can appoint moderators for different content types, and also administrators of certain content types (Who are in turn able to appoint moderators for their specific content type).

7. Every approved work of art can be rated by all registered users, and comments can also be made by these users.

8. The entire registration system should be based on vBulletin or PHPBB's database, so that users will only have to register once to have acccess to the forum (vBulletin or PHPBB) and the site.

9. A private messaging system between users.

10. A user's public page should show all of his online arts, a list of artists/works of arts that he recommends (Chosen by him, optional), and any personal details he chose to reveal.

11. The main page should show the most recent artwork to be approved in each different category, as well as the top rated ones. Also a possibility to add news.

12. Ability to browse every category, see the top rated artworks, get to a random piece of art in a specific category or in all categories, get to a random artist page, search for art.

## Deliverables

A. Security is an issue. All forms should be validated and checked for possibel SQL injections and other attacks.

B. Code should be well structured, follow a single coding style and contain minimal comments (AT least one comment per function).

C. A Jpeg is supplied with a mockup of the site. The winner will receive the .PSD version, and is expected to develop the site graphically based on that template (It's just a mockup, so more graphic work will be required).

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

PHP/MYSQL/APACHE

Will be installed on a dedicated server. If you plan to use additional tools, please state so in the bid.
