We are currently using this php software for a car rental company:

Software is now perfectly working but needs some tweaks;
We need some php expert developer that can do the following customisations:
- Ability to work with hours instead of days, in admin we need to choose how reservations will work: (days (works like that now) | days + hours)
- Per office rate
Diferent rates we can the assign to each office
- Managable Discounts per office and reservation lenghts
- Minimum reservation obligation: example 48 hours
- For extras: Maximum number of days with price per day
- Taxes per office instead of global
- Prices per day with price fringes instead of total price for amount of days
- Ability to add coment at reservation end
- Weekend rates from friday to monday discount 1 day
- Ability to register users for future login and have his data in db / users can choose to register or not (like now), they should be able to easily register / we then have to be able to manage this users.
- Calendar view to easily see vehicles situation per month
- Aditional managable cost for diferent office when returning vehicle
- Pickup car time schedule will have to fit the office time schedule
- Save / mark reservations that come from external url
