Speech capture and playback(repost)

Hi, I have a project which i am unable to do [login to view URL] is not a very long project but because of the time constraint,I would like it to be completed as soon as [login to view URL] specifications of the project are as follows: I actually am developing a hearing aid and now the problem is in real time implementation of it. 1. I have to capture speech coming in through "mic in" port of the computer. 2. The captured speech would pass through a module(consisting of filters and Fourier transforms)..which i have attached below. 3. The output through my module has to be played back out through the "mic out" port of the [login to view URL],in all i just need code development in C++ to capture speech and play it back and a slight modification in my module to make it compatible. Please also note that there is Fortran routine for FFT in the code which has to be implemented in C/C++.So,all in all i would like the person to divide the project in two stages : 1. Providing speech capture classes..so that a person's speech can be captured and played back in real time without any delays ( only microseconds allowable).The program should work till i close it with a user friendly interface. 2. After one phase is done,the second phase would comprise of implementing the code which I am attaching with modifications. The project would not be complete until the two stages combined work without any [login to view URL] project should work in the Windows environment. Alongwith the code,I would be requiring the whole work to be commented and documented clearly. Kindly,look at the code before replying and only serious bidders should respond. Thanks, urgent_need

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Shouldn't be operating system dependent but basically i am looking for Windows OS.
