e-Blaster and Windows Explorer: How to?

There is a spyware product called "e-Blaster" on the market that can send emails invisibly. The interesting part about it is that if the software attempts to connect to the Internet and a firewall like ZoneAlarm is installed it appears there as "Windows Explorer". We need to know how this is done and need a small software project that demonstrates this technology. The software should grab a text file and email it out to a specified email address. In a firewall (for example Zonealarm) this software must appears as native Windows Explorer or any other native Windows component. The software must run on Win 98/ME and NT/2000/XP. If required, the project must include the code necessary for an automatic installation. The project needs to be done as Visual C++ V6 or V7 project.
