i have a phpbb website forum

when a user writes a new topic, or article, i want this to be sent to

the admin, so it is published on the forum ONLY after the admin's

aproval.

also when an article/topic, waits for aproval i want an email to be

sent to the admin, so the admin knows that a new aproval has come and

wait

the article or topic wiil not be pubished or posted on the forum so it

is visible from other users if the admin is not aproving it

bids around 30usd are seriously considered, and timelines about 1-2 days too.
