.NET / Web Requirement(repost)

I am looking for any top freelancers that can do this for a 'reasonable' price. I have a web template (see attached) that needs to be converted into .net (.aspx). I need a simple CMS application to be developed so we can create pages / add content / delete / modify the site etc. We also have 3 PHP templates that will need converting into .net and integrated with in the site and database (MS SQL 2005). This site will be for a radio station in the UK. Also I need some programming on the site where it talks to the database and dependent on the programme schedule a certain play list will show at a pacific time on the Requests page where the listener will be able to request songs via text. Cheapest bidder will win! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
