61149 Paid Email Site Upgrades

Hello, I own a paid email script and I would like upgrades for my site. I would prefer someone that has experince working with paid email sites but that is not necessary. The site is scripted in PHP and uses MYSQL as the database. You can view a demo of the site at the below urls: Admin Demo [url removed, login to view] Site Url for members [url removed, login to view] username=chris password=chris1 Admin features that I will require: Block Email Address For this feature there should be a option in the admin section to enter a email address to block and when someone tries and signs up it will tell them that there email address is blocked. This feature can also block for example [url removed, login to view] so all of hotmail email address users would be blocked etc or it can just block for example test [at] hotmail [dot] com etc. For this feature all you need to do is create a new table in the db and edit the sign up page and create a page in the admin section. Block IP Address This feature will be same as above but when someone tries and accesses the site it will tell them that there ip is blocked. I will have the option to block the full part of the ip address or just part of it for example 192.168 and it will block all ips that start with 192.168 or I can enter the full ip address to block. List inactive members and delete them This feature will allow me to delete inactive members. A member is active if they login, click a paid email and get credit or vist the paid portal page. The script currently tracks the last time they visted the portal but not the last time they loged in or clicked a paid email so you will need to add a few fields to the database so when they login it enters the date into the db and the next time they login it overwrites the date with the new date and the saqme when they click a paid email. List top earners This feature will tell me who the top earners are at my site. This feature will require me to enter the number of top earners for example I will enter 20 into the text box and click submit and it will display the top 20 earners or I could enter 5 and it displays the top 5 earners etc. Website Template Currently the script is not that well designed and to update the design you need to enter some of the design into 2 php files which has php coding in it. I would like this changed so the website design can be entered into a header and footer file and only the design html code is in thwe header and footor file. I will also require upgrade features in the future so please only bid on this project if you are willing to make more upgrades in future for me.
