Simle php "id flow through" script.
I don't want commission calculation, affiliate tracking, true site replication, genealogy, downline view, email function, database etc.
You can use the "datbase" functions you want, but I just need some affiliate ID's to be stored somewhere, and dynamically expressed on a website.
I do all the html.
The signup form will take all information needed, and no changes can occur later.
The page will list several companies which a person can join. Then he can fill in a form where he chose an ID and write in his affiliate IDs for the companies. This will then be stored.
If the username is "noob" then the URL [login to view URL] will show up with noob's affiliate id's in the join URL's.
What if he don't fill in all information?
Two solutions. Either simple: default ID's are used when input is not given,
OR preferred: Sort of a flow through. If no info is given for a certain form field, the affiliate id of the sponsor is stored instead.
So when noob's website is shown, his sponsor's affiliate ID's are displayed where noob didn't provide his own.
Ideally, when a member joined he must chose 3-5 companies where he can NOT provide any information, and so he is forced to "flow through" the ID's of his sponsor.
This is so simple! I just don't know php :)
If you feel that another scripting language / solution will be better, please contact me.
