SpamAssassin 4.0.0 has a plugin: DecodeShortURLs, which does a lookup of shortened URLs and caches them to mysql, postgres, or sqlite.
I would like to cache using redis instead. The key is the short URL, and the values stored are the decoded URL and a count of how many times it was stored. Keys should expire after a configurable period.
