Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for recruiting and onboarding employees, including identifying suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
Offer comprehensive training to newly onboarded employees and provide continuous guidance.
Ensuring that all the assigned sites are functioning properly
Actively address concerns raised by employees and clients, demonstrating a proactive approach towards meeting the Turnaround Time (TAT) targets and resolving issues.
Qualifications-
Candidates should possess a Master's degree or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
At least two or more years of prior experience in roles within the Operations or Human Resources field.
Preferred candidates should demonstrate practical experience in the facilities or service industry.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to effectively manage and execute Operational and HR functions.
Possesses strong communication skills, with the capacity to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
Exhibit an exceptional aptitude for engaging with international clients.
The capability to interact professionally and effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Adaptability and the ability to handle changes and unexpected situations.
The capacity to identify and address operational issues or challenges as they arise.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
