Online Brochure Creator needed

Need online brochure creator that allows customer to add text and pics and output a CMYK pdf with embedded font. I have the website - I just need the application. It should function like [url removed, login to view] but allow customer the option to print at home or have reproductions shipped. See attached (pseudo) spec. Please send similiar prior work and references.
