Mikrotik BGP routing issue (read description) public IP announcement, speed issue by... a "route"??

Hi, I need a Mikrotik consultant, please no automatic bids... please don´t put a bid to call my attention, will be ignored... the fee that you put is the fee that I pay.
I have an upstream provider that announce my public IP prefix, and I have a VM that stablish a BGP session and route it to my Mikrotik router in my house, to the Mikrotik in my house I have a Proxmox with Virtual Machines that I configure statics publics IPs and work... but the speed (in my house I has 600/600Mbps) in the VMs are terrible...
I think it´s a issue in (any route) my VM that stablish the BGP session...
*If I do a traceroute from any VM with my public IP, the route goes through the tunnel from my house to my VM BGP and to the destination.
*If I do a traceroute from outside to any public IP that I own, the route don´t goes through the tunnel... the route goes through my dynamic IP of my house... not for the tunnel...
All the VMs have my public IPs and works well but speed issue... I think is because the route from VM BGP to CCR in my house isn´t working well and don´t goes through the tunnel.

I think you have problem with undestanding what home router configuration. It mustn't announce path throuth dynamic ip.
