Harvest webs and scrap programatically

Actual system We have a list of urls 18m to 10m aproximadely. We harvest via srapper box(program software you can google it). We get names of companies and we harvest the 10 different results, if we see its a unique record we can see that it is a company and we scrape it. Our system actually is very clumnsy and not agile, and we need someone that organizes and clears up everything. We need someone that programs up MYSQL desktop software were can clear up this process.
